2. Bounce-back credits

You pay per address you clean, in credits. If we clear an address to Inbox and you mail it and it hard-bounces, we got that one wrong, so we put the credit back. You did not pay for our mistake, and you can re-check it free. Credits never expire.

If our verdict is wrong, it costs you nothing.

We do not promise you the inbox. Nobody can, and anyone who says they can is lying. What we back is our verdict and your credits. We remove the dead weight dragging you down. The inbox you earn with good sending from there. That honesty is the point. We would rather keep your trust than make a promise we cannot keep.

Is the guarantee real, or is there fine print?

It is real, and the point is that there is no fine print. Two things. Your first 1,000 addresses are free with no card, and if we clear an address to Inbox and it hard-bounces, we credit it back so you can re-check it free.

What exactly is a bounce-back credit?

You clean addresses using credits. If we said an address was safe to Inbox and it turns out dead, a hard bounce when you mail it, we return that credit to your account. You are not charged for the ones we get wrong.

Does the guarantee mean you promise the inbox?

No. We back our verdict and your credits, never inbox placement. No honest tool can promise the inbox.

What counts as a bounce for the credit?

A hard bounce on an address we cleared to Inbox. Soft bounces and issues outside list hygiene are handled case by case, and we keep it fair.
